Arrival & check-in
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM, self check-in via smart keypad.
- Door code: a unique code for your stay is sent the morning of arrival via your booking platform or direct email.
- Parking: on-street parking right outside the home. For larger vehicles, RVs, or trailers, use the overflow lot at South Baptist Church across the street.
- Trash & recycling: bins are by the fence on the side of the home.
House rules — short version
- No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside.
- No parties or events. Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM.
- Only guests in the reservation may stay overnight.
- Pets: please request approval before booking.

Checkout
- Checkout by 11:00 AM. Late checkout may be available — ask in advance.
- Start the dishwasher with any used dishes.
- Trash into the outside bins.
- Leave linens on the beds — we’ll handle the rest.
- Thermostat to 72°F, lights off, door locked behind you.
