House Rules & Policies

Check-in: from 4:00 PM via smart-lock self check-in. A unique door code is generated for your stay and sent the morning of arrival.

Checkout: by 11:00 AM. Late checkout may be available — message us in advance.

For direct bookings we follow a moderate policy: full refund up to 5 days before check-in; 50% refund from 5 days up to 24 hours before check-in; non-refundable within 24 hours of check-in. Cleaning fee is always refundable if cancellation is before check-in.

Reservations made through Airbnb or VRBO follow the published policy on those listings.

Only the guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight. Daytime visitors are okay in reasonable numbers — please no parties or events.

We may welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval. A pet fee applies and a maximum count may be set. Please reach out before booking.

No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use anywhere inside the home. A cleaning fee applies if smoking occurs inside.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially in the back yard.

On-street parking is available right outside the home. For larger vehicles, RVs, or trailers, there is overflow parking available at South Baptist Church directly across the street. Please do not block neighboring driveways.

Accidents happen — please tell us right away if something breaks. Lost items found after checkout are held for 30 days; shipping is at the guest’s cost.

Smoke and CO detectors are installed and tested. A fire extinguisher is in the kitchen. The home is on a residential street; lock doors when you leave.

There are no interior cameras. Exterior cameras are limited to entry points for security purposes only.
